In the evening discover a menu offering international dishes, Chef's specialities, fresh seafood, prime meats and pasta delights. Regularly changing nightly specials are also available to tantalise your tastebuds.

- Our prawn cutlets and salt & pepper calamari are crumbed and spiced FRESH HERE on the premises?
- We serve over 75,000 pieces of our famous Beer Battered Fish & Chips every year? The beer batter was created in house by our Chefs.
- Our fresh fish of the day takes at least 20 mins to cook to perfection so please think of this before you order...if you have the time it is well worth the wait!
The Bistro also offers regular specials for you to enjoy. Our current Dinner Special means that you can enjoy a free selected bottle of wine* when you purchase two selected Chef Specials $18.00 (member) $20 (visitor) on a Friday or Saturday night.
* Or if a bottle of our menu special wine doesn't suit, you are welcome to vary this and choose 2 drinks from a middy of draught beer, glass of house wine, soft drink or coffee/tea.
