How do I earn points?

Insert your members card in the reward points slot every time you play a play at the Club.

When you purchase any food or beverage (including take-away) item throughout the Club, hand your card to the staff person with your payment. Staff will swipe your card and points are added automatically.

How and where do I redeem my points?

Point of Sale Purchase

You may purchase food, beverage (including take-away) directly from your card. Providing you have the full sale amount available in points, hand your card to the staff member for a "points redemption" sale. The points are automatically deducted from your card.

Showcase Rewards

If giftware, electrical, Manchester etc takes your fancy, check out the Showcase in the Palace of the Golden Sun. Items can be purchased directly from the cabinet using your accumulated points. Also, if you would like to purchase an item that is not on display, pass on the information to our Reception staff and we will find out the price (points value) for you.

Club Vouchers

You can purchase Club Vouchers in $5 increments that are valid for food, beverage, bingo, Keno, membership renewals and event tickets. Please note that they are not redeemable for cash and any unused portion of the voucher is not redeemable for cash.

Club vouchers are now accepted externally at BP (South Tweed), Britts Selected Meats (South Tweed only), Milt Crompton Butchery (Tweed Heads), The Good Guys (South Tweed only) Autobarn (South Tweed) and Australian Country Living (Tweed City). Again please note, the voucher and/or any unused portion is not redeemable for cash.

Tweed City Vouchers

You can purchase Tweed City Shopping Centre Vouchers in $15 increments.

Club and Tweed City Vouchers are available from the cashier in the Cantina bar.
