Bars
Wipe all spirit bottles and cordial bottles
Stock fridges - Rotate stock, first in first out (labels to front)
Clean fridge doors and wipe out inside of fridge
Take out beer drip trays and wash in dishwasher
Wash bar with hot soapy water, squeegee excess water
Clean and scrub beer drains
Clean post mix nozzle, hose and drip tray
Remove, clean and hang out bar runners
Wipe down bar top including under fountain drip tray
Wash all glasses and sort into appropriate racks
Place fruit back into the fridge
Empty and clean glass scrubber
Empty and wash waste/slop bucket
Drain, turn off and wipe out dishwashers and
Melt leftover ice with hot water, clean ice well
Clean post mix drip cup
Wrap post mix guns with cling wrap
Put tap beer plugs in
Cake Cabinet
Ensure display plates are clean and stocked
Remove ALL cakes and cover with gladwrap, unless specified otherwise
Wipe bakery cabinet shelves
Clean and put away any unnecessary cake tags
Wash all serving utensils
Restock the cake plates if necessary
Clean the glass - doors, front and top of cabinet
Ensure correct labels are on every bakery item
Coffee Machine
Clean machine with 1 scoop of cleaner per group head
Back flush machine and clean tray in coffee machine
Clean steam arms with soft wipe only
Clean coffee grinder and surrounding areas
Clean small milk fridge inside and out
Restock small milk fridge (3x full, 2x light, 1x each alternate milk
Restock consumables, saucers and teaspoons
Pull baskets out of coffee portafilter/handles and clean thoroughly
Soak coffee heads and baskets in cleaning solution overnight
Kitchen Area
Clean the inside of the oven by following prompts
Clean the outside of the oven and oven utensils
Wash chopping boards
Clean inside and outside of microwaves
Place all garnishes in fridge and put butter away
Restock prep fridge (fridge underneath)
Turn off sandwich press and clean when cool
Empty the toaster trays
Wash the benches with soapy water and wipe dry
Wipe the inside and outside of the prep fridge
Scrub hand washing sink
Restock the freezer
Restock sauce, salt and pepper, toast spreads etc
Restock cleaning and polishing cloths
Back Area
Restock drink fridge (First in First out)
Restock milk
Restock salad, lasagne, burger buns etc
Clean milkshake area
Drain and wipe out the dishwasher
Return all restaurant dishes
Ensure benches and shelves are clean and free from clutter
Clean under sink bench
Leave soapy bucket of water on bench for all leftover dishes
Polish and sleeve all cutlery
Floors
Place all bins outside the bar
Sweep the floors
Scrub all the floors with hot soapy water
Hose off detergent suds, place out wet floor signs if necessary
Skylines Lounge
Wipe ALL tables
Reset furniture
Wipe down and refill salt and pepper shakers as required
General/Other
Check all bars are well stocked with straws and coasters
Clean/wipe down both bar tops
All tables and chairs surrounding cafe are clean and reset as required
All dishes are washed
Bar is clean and tidy
Coffee machine area is neat and tidy
Wipe till screens with soft damp cloth
Turn off tv and lights
Take pictures of each area of the bar on the iPad and press choose file to upload them
