Terms and Conditions
- The Courtesy bus provided by South Tweed Sports is free of charge and is not an on-demand service. The driver will do their best to arrive within a half hour of the booking time. All times are approximate. Our bus drivers may be delayed in unforeseen circumstances. Please be considerate to our bus drivers & other passengers
- Members must contact reception to advise they wish to be picked up by the Courtesy Bus, giving their membership, phone number, address and number of passengers.
- The member who books is responsible for ensuring they are available and ready to go when the driver arrives. The driver cannot wait due to other bookings and/or commitments.
- Passenger Limit – The Courtesy Bus can only carry 11 passengers & all passengers must be in a seat.
- The Courtesy Buses are an extension of the Club, rules ®ulations apply. The driver reserved the right to refuse unduly intoxicated or disorderly patrons.
- Bookings are not guaranteed. Unforeseen circumstances may mean the courtesy bus is unable to complete its service.
- Reception should be notified as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your pickup. Regular failure to cancel may result in you being blacklisted from the courtesy bus.
- The member who books the transport is responsible for themselves and their guests’ behaviour, as well as any damage caused while riding on the courtesy bus. The club reserves the right to pass on any costs associated with repair or cleaning of the bus as a result of any members or guests inappropriate behaviour.
- Passengers travel at their own risk.
- Surveillance cameras are installed for the safety of the driver and passengers.
