ClubsNSW Gaming Code of Practice
From 1st July 2023 all clubs in NSW will have to adhere to the ClubsNSW Gaming Code of Practice.
This page will contain all the information that STS staff will need to comply with the code of practice.
Please treat the information on this page as confidential and make sure to check regularly for updates and changes
some of the code will be implemented immediately, while other parts will be phased in over the next 12 months. For example the gaming incident register, player welfare checks and third party exclusion initiation will start from the 1st July, while things like additional staff training and facial recognition technology will be phased in over 12 months.
